We recognize that the financial burden associated with the loss of a child can compound the already overwhelming emotional strain. The Sea of Hope Foundation aims to alleviate this burden by providing financial assistance to families in need. We offer assistance with funeral services, memorials, burial expenses, and any other necessary arrangements to ensure that families can say their goodbyes with dignity and grace. Our goal is to ease the financial strain, allowing families to focus on healing and cherishing the memories of their beloved children.

Application Submission Process

Step 1: Application Form:
This form will request information about your financial situation, the nature of your loss, and any supporting documentation such as medical bills, funeral expenses, or insurance details. Our team is available to assist if you encounter any challenges during the submission process. If you would prefer a paper application please contact us via email at info@seaofhopefoundation.org

Step 2: Initial Consultation:
Upon receiving your inquiry, a member of our support team will schedule an initial consultation. This can be conducted over the phone, via video call, or in person, depending on your preferences and circumstances. During this conversation, we aim to better understand your situation, explain the application process, and address any immediate concerns.

Step 3: Supporting Documents:
During and/or after the initial consultation we may ask for the follow documents that support your application. This may include, but is not limited to:
- Medical bills
- Funeral expenses
- Insurance details
- Any other documentation that helps us understand your situation

Step 4: Review and Verification:
The Sea of Hope Foundation board will review your application with the utmost care and respect. Our team may reach out for additional information or clarification if needed. All information provided will be handled confidentially.

Step 8: Decision and Notification:
Once the review process is complete, you will be notified of the decision regarding your application. If approved, details about the financial support will be discussed, and arrangements will be made accordingly.

Step 9: Continued Support:
Our commitment doesn't end with the financial assistance. The Sea of Hope Foundation is here to provide ongoing support, connect you with additional resources, and ensure that you feel supported on your journey of healing.
